This website (hereinafter the “Website”) is developed by BRG Communication (www.brg.it) and its content managed by GEPO S.R.L.S. - Metropolitan Hotel - Traversa XVII Pineta, 7 - 48015 Milano Marittima RA. The present Conditions apply to any user that uses the Website’s services.
1. Registration and use of Services /> 1.1. Registration on the Website enables users, who must authenticate themselves using the access credentials provided (“nickname” and “password”), to use the services available on the Website including, but not limited to, the addition of text and/or an image, as well as to add their own recipe (hereinafter “Services”).
By registering on the Website the dell’user accepts these Conditions for using the Services.

2.1. The user guarantees that any comment made by same is valid, does not contrast with binding regulations and does not violate any copyright, trademark, distinctive symbol, patent or any other third-party right.
In any case, using the Services to directly or indirectly contravene the laws in force in Italy or any other State is strictly prohibited.
The user shall be solely liable for any claim made by third parties with regard to the photos and texts proposed and for the violation of any industrial property or intellectual property right, as well as for the violation of any other applicable regulation in force and in any case any harm to the rights of third parties.

Processing of personal data
GEPO S.R.L.S. pays the utmost attention to the protection of personal data, having adopted suitable and necessary measures for the protection of data and the storage of same in application of the Italian and European law of reference and having examined all risks connected with the aforementioned activities.

Some services offered by Hotel Metropolitan do not require users to be registered on the Website. The complete or partial failure to provide the personal data marked with an asterisk, or the inaccuracy of same, will make it impossible to perform the requested service as such data is required for said service to be provided; meanwhile, the complete or partial failure to provide optional personal data, or the inaccuracy of same, carries no consequences.

USER RIGHTS

According to the European Regulation, the data subject (the person providing their data) may ask the Data Controller (Hotel Metropolitan) for access to their personal data and a copy thereof.
