  • WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN?
    Check-in time is scheduled from 2:00pm. If you arrive before then you can register and start making use of all our services such as the All-Inclusive, parking area, lunch while we check the possibility to deliver the room as soon as possible and we notify you when it is ready.
  • WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT?
    We kindly ask our Guests to vacate the rooms by 10:00am. In order to avoid queues or waits we kindly ask Guests to settle the bill the night before or during the stay. It is possible to request a late check-out subject availability directly at the reception at an additional cost.
  • LUNCH IS INCLUDED THE DAY OF ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE?
    The lunch buffet is open until 2:00pm. Lunch is included on the day of arrival or departure, at your choice. If you do not benefit from lunch on the day of arrival, you will be able to retrieve it on the day of departure or replace it with a pocket lunch (notifying the reception the day before). Meals not consumed in the hotel are not deductible from the price of the guesthouse.
  • ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS
    We cannot guarantee the non-contamination of products as we do not have kitchens dedicated to managing serious intolerances or allergies (e.g. coeliac disease), so in order to protect you we ask you to contact us in order to analyze the best solution together.
  •  WHAT SHOULD WE BRING FOR KIDS?
    The real question is: what should I not bring? Travel light because in the hotel you will find high chairs, fall prevention panel, strollers, night lights, bath tubs, camping beds, bicycle seats, disposable baby bibs and plastic dishes, bottle warmers and toilet seat reducers.
  • VALIDITY OF RESERVATION
    Each reservation will be valid if followed by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of stay (or the balance in some promotions), to be sent within 7 days after receiving the order ofconfirmation.
  • COLOR HOLIDAYCANCELLATIONS & WARRANTY
    The full amount paid for the stay will be returned if cancellation is made within 30 days of the expected arrival at the hotel. If cancellation is made close to the arrival date you can move the stay (subject to availability and vary the price if necessary), or we could freeze the deposit for your next holiday to give you the chance not to lose your money.
  • EARLY DEPARTURE
    In case of early departure the customer is required to pay a penalty of 3 nights. In the case of packages and non-refundable fees the full amount will be withheld.
  • HOW TO PAY FOR STAY? 
    Payment can be made directly at the hotel by cash, debit card, cheque and credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
  • WHAT THE COLOR CARD IS FOR? 
    With our Color Card you can accumulate points for each holiday to get free rewards, discounts and free days.
  • CAN I BRING MY FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS ON HOLIDAY?
    Your hairy friends are welcome! We accept small pets (max 10 kg), we will add a small supplement to the holiday for the sanitation of the room at the end of the stay. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and by the swimming pool.
