AT WHAT TIME SHALL WE CHECK IN?

Check-in time is provided starting at 13.00. If you arrive before that time you can already register and begin to enjoy all of our services like the all-inclusive, the parking, the lunch and we will also verify the possibility of delivering the room key in the shortest possible time and will notify you when it will be ready

AT WHAT TIME SHALL WE CHECK OUT?

We kindly ask our guests to vacate the rooms before 10:00. In order to avoid long queues and long waiting times we recommend Guests to pay the bill the evening before or during their stay It is possible to request for late check out upon availability directly at the reception at an additional cost.

LUNCH IS INCLUDED ON THE ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE DAY?

Lunch buffet is open until 2 pm. Lunch is included on the day of arrival or departure, at your choice. In case you do not enjoy the lunch on the day of arrival you can have it on the day of departure or replace it with a packet lunch (informing the reception the day before); the meals non-consumed are not deducible from the price of the stay.

FOOD ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS

We cannot guarantee that the products are uncontaminated as we do not have kitchens dedicated to manage severe intolerances or allergies (as coeliac disease), then in order to safeguard you we ask you to contact us in order to analyse together the best solution for both

 WHAT SHALL WE BRING FOR THE CHILDREN?

The real question is: what not to bring? Travel light because in the Hotel you will find High chairs, Fall-protection side rails, Strollers, Night lamp, Baby bath tub, Camping cots, seats for bicycles, disposable bibs and plastic crockery, bottle warmer and WC reducers

BOOKING VALIDITY  

Every reservation will be valid if confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay (or the balance in some promotions), to be sent within 7 days from receipt of the confirmation

CANCELLATION  

In case of cancellation within 30 days from the arrival in the hotel, the entire amount paid for the stay will be refunded. In case of cancellation close to the date of arrival you can reschedule the stay (subject to availability and varying the price if necessary) or we could freeze the deposit for your next vacation to give you the possibility to not lose your money

EARLY DEPARTURE 

In the event of early departure, the guest is required to pay a penalty of 3 nights. In the case of packages and non-refundable rates the entire amount will be withheld

HOW CAN WE PAY THE STAY? 

Direct payment at the Hotel by cash, ATM, Check and Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard)

WHAT IS THE USE OF THE COLOR CARD?

With our Color Card you can earn points for every vacation to obtain awards, discounts and complimentary days

CAN I TAKE MY FOUR-LEGGED FRIEND ON VACATION?

Your furry friends are welcome! We accept small pets (max 15 kg), we will add a small supplement to the holiday for the sanitisation of the room at the end of your stay. Pets are not allowed in the Restaurant and in the Swimming Pool
